Quick & Reliable Delivery in Edinburgh, the Lothians and Fife with our In-House Team of Drivers

At SM Electrical Supplies we empathise entirely that your order is of the utmost importance, that is why we boast our own team of experienced and friendly in-house delivery drivers.

Our vans cover everywhere across Edinburgh, the Lothians and Fife. The team can typically deliver your order within 48 hours of placement (often it is a shorter delivery time than this). Local customers can rest assured that your purchases will be delivered safely, quickly and with quality customer service.

In-house delivery is free for orders over £75. Orders below £75 will include a £6 delivery charge.

Supplying the Wider United Kingdom

We deliver all across the United Kingdom. For orders that are beyond the attachment area of our in-house delivery team, we use DPD.

DPD are Europe’s leading parcel service and help us to conduct quick, efficient deliveries across the mainland UK. DPD delivery is free for orders over £75. Orders below £75 will include a £6 delivery charge.

Delivering Electrical Supplies to Ireland & the UK Isles

We also use DPD to deliver to Ireland and Island’s of the UK Isles. It is £15 for all Island delivery, including the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.


    DELIVERY FAQ

    Aside from the United Kingdom, the UK Isles, Ireland and the Channel Islands we do not ship anywhere else at this time. 

    This is entirely dependent on where you are situated. We can typically deliver to locations in the UK mainland within 48 hours. Overseas deliveries are likely to take longer, usually 4 to 5 working days. 

    Any British postcode that entails a water crossing. The Isle of White, the Isle of Man, Jersey, etc for example. 

    Yes, you can track DPD deliveries on https://track.dpd.co.uk/. If you are based in Edinburgh, the Lothians or Fife and you would like an update on your delivery, you can contact us at online@smsupplies.com. 

    No, DPD will post a card through the letterbox and attempt a second delivery a later date free of charge.
